SUBSCRIPTIONS

All plans are billed monthly and renew automatically on the same date each month, with a receipt sent to your email following each charge. Up to 50% of unused hours roll over each month and are available for 60 days from the date they were issued, after which they expire. Plan upgrades and downgrades can be made at any time and take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Hours must be scheduled in advance and are subject to consultant availability.

If unused hours roll over for a second consecutive month, StudioHelp will notify you and cancel your subscription to ensure you are not being charged for a plan that no longer fits your needs. Any remaining hours will continue to be available until their expiration date. Cancelled subscribers may book sessions at our standard a la carte rate at any time but are not immediately eligible to resubscribe.

Subscription rates are locked at the time of purchase. StudioHelp reserves the right to adjust pricing for new subscribers.
