To ensure fairness and efficiency in scheduling, we enforce the following global policy for all services, including remote trainings, in-person sessions, consultations, and installations.
Cancellations
Remote Services:
Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will incur a 50% fee.
In-Person Services (Trainings, Consultations, Installs):
Cancellations require at least 7 days’ notice. Late cancellations will incur a 25% fee or reimbursement of any preparation costs incurred, whichever is greater.
Rescheduling
Remote Services:
One reschedule is allowed at no charge if requested with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling of the same session may incur a 50% fee.
In-Person Services:
Rescheduling requires 7 days’ notice and may be subject to a $150 change order fee or the cost of any rescheduling-related expenses, whichever is higher.
Deposits & Payment Terms
Remote Services: 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
New Clients:
Prepayment is required for your first session.
Existing Clients:
Payment is due upon completion of the session or within 24 hours of invoice, whichever comes last.
Policy Enforcement
While this policy is consistently applied, we understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Our team is empowered to make adjustments at their discretion where appropriate — provided it does not impact service viability.
